Contact name and email are required. Company or organization is optional. Consultation type, project conditions, and additional details are collected; submission time and a one-way transformed value of the connection IP address are generated automatically.

Purpose of Use
We use the information for inquiry intake, technical review, response, and consultation history management. Submission time and the transformed IP value are used to prevent duplicate or abnormal submissions.

Retention Period
Inquiry content and contact details are retained for one year from submission, and the transformed IP value for 24 hours. Each is deleted when its retention period ends.

Your Rights
You may refuse consent, but the online inquiry cannot be submitted without it. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing may be submitted in writing to the MSP Corp. address published on the Contact & Location page.
